Instructions: 

To pick up your item from our Container Door Auckland Warehouse, place your order online as per normal and select the Pick-Up Option during check-out process. 

As soon as the product has arrived at our Auckland Warehouse you will be send an email with Pick Up Instructions: 

When collecting your item you must present a valid photographic ID and a copy of your Pick Up Confirmation Email (Printed or on Smart Device). Please ensure that the person you have named to pick-up shows one of the following forms of ID: 

• NZ Drivers license
• Passport
• 18+ Card

Collections

Items must be collected strictly within 14 days of the email collection notification.

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase after this time.
